The room Hido Homes provided for me was lovely, very comfortable and a good size. The house on the whole is spacious and very homely - always nice and warm. I’ve enjoyed my time in the house and it’s literally 10 minutes from everywhere you could want to go. Rishi is a very attentive landlord, prompt to resolve any issues. Great place to live.

I invested with Rishi and found the whole process to be simple and straightforward. We discussed the amount and term of investment. Prior to signing the agreement, I requested if some changes could be made to my investment amount, which Rishi did promptly. Rishi drew up a loan agreement, stating the investment amount, term of investment, and agreed rate of interest. Once I signed the agreement and invested, I didn't have to do anything else but enjoy the fruits of my investment. Rishi paid the interest payments as agreed directly into my bank account on time each month.
